The NCRy shops at Brightside in the Middle of Niles Canyon is where the magic happens on the railroads. You will see the only remaining Krauss Maffei Diesel-hydraulic locomotive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

See the Yards and the Amazing Collection of Engines and Cars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Niles Canyon Railway currently has 10 Steam engines, 14 diesel engines, 2 Motorcars\/Railbuses, 29 Passenger cars, 8 Cabooses, and 37 Freight cars. This amazing collection is stored in the yards at Brightside and will be seen during the tour. Click the NCRy link below to see the Collection on the About page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ride the World Famous M200 Railbus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the tour, the famous M200 “Skunk Train railbus will be operating for rides in the canyon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can ride the Railbus and find out how it operates and served the communities of the north coast for many years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When we arrive at Brightside, the NCRy crew will have a great barbeque lunch ready for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be separate tours of the shops and the yards. Attendees can choose between riding the M200 or seeing more of the amazing array of engines and cars in the NCRy yard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tour Fare – $20<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
