Since 2005,he has served as both the Niles Canyon Railway Hazmat Manager and is also the Commissary Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doug will talk about the early days of railroading in the Bay Area and how Niles Canyon fit into the overall movement of trains and goods into and out of the Bay Area.
