Link to the PCR calendar in my Google Calendar

  1. Open your Google calendar
  2. In the left menu, click on the “+” next to Other Calendars, then click on Subscribe to Calendar
  3. In the “Add Calendar” box type “web.pcrnmra@gmail.com” and press Enter
  4. In the top left, click on the arrow to the left of “Settings”
  5. If you want to change the color for the PCR calendar events, place your mouse cursor over the calendar name in the left menu, then click on the three dots.

Link to the PCR calendar in my Outlook Calendar (Windows)

  1. Right click on this URL and select “Copy Link”: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/web.pcrnmra%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
  2. Open your Outlook calendar
  3. With the Home tab open, click on “+ Add”, then From Internet
  4. Press Ctrl-V to paste the URL you copied above, and click OK
  5. A box will open saying “Add this Internet Calendar…”, Click Yes
  6. This will probably open the two calendars side by side. If you want them to appear together in one calendar, right click on the PCR calendar, then click on Overlay

  1. Right click on this URL and select “Copy Link”: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/web.pcrnmra%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
  2. Open your Outlook calendar
  3. In the left menu click on Add Calendar, then Subscribe from web
  4. Click in the URL field (where it says Example:…) and press Ctrl-V (Win) or Cmd-V (Mac) to paste the URL you copied above
  5. Click where it says “Calendar Name” and enter any name for this calendar
  6. Select any color, charm (icon), and Add To (category) for the calendar, and click on Import

  1. Right click on this URL and select “Copy”: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/web.pcrnmra%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
  2. Open your Mac Calendar (Applications: Calendar.app)
  3. In the top menu, click File and select New Calendar Subscription
  4. Press Cmd-V to paste the URL you copied above, and click on Subscribe
  5. This will open an info box. You may want to change the Auto-refresh to more frequent

  1. Hold your finger on this URL and select “Copy Link”: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/web.pcrnmra%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
  2. Open your iOS Calendar
  3. Tap on the small calendar icon in the upper left, then tap Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar
  4. Double tap the Subscription URL field that appears, and then tap the Paste button that appears.
  5. Scroll down in the pop-up window if necessary, and tap Subscribe
  6. Edit the Title field if you wish and tap Add
