    • Square – used for payment processing, including in-person or online transactions.
  • These payment processors collect and process your payment details according to their own privacy policies and security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance.
  • PCR receives only the information necessary to confirm and manage your registration, such as:

    • Registration selections (e.g., events, clinics, options)
    • Payment confirmation status (paid, pending, refunded)

We do not receive or retain your full credit card number or other sensitive payment credentials from RegFox or Square.
