We met at the Tidewater Southern Model Railroad Club. They have started a major replacement of the upper level track, from benchwork to track to scenery. One focal point in the existing part is the Spreckles Sugar processing plant. One member is creating the iconic lit sign by soldering together arrays of LED’s – several hours per letter.
